As an entry inspector, you are one of the first links in our logistics process. You ensure that all incoming plants are properly checked before being processed further for our customers.
What will you do?
Your tasks include:
Receiving Inspection
- Checking incoming deliveries for quantity, type, and size
- Comparing deliveries with placed orders
Quality Inspection
- Assessing the quality, health, and condition of plants
- Checking for damage, pests, diseases, or dehydration
- Discussing any discrepancies with the purchasing team
Document Inspection
- Verifying delivery documents
- Checking packaging slips and transport papers
Registration & Reporting
- Recording deviations in the system
- Providing feedback to purchasing and sales colleagues
Release or Blockage
- Approving batches for further processing
- Blocking and reporting non-compliant batches (e.g., return to auction or back to the grower)
What do we expect from you?
- You work accurately and can switch tasks quickly
- You have an eye for quality and detail
- You work in a structured way and take responsibility
- You communicate easily with colleagues in purchasing and logistics
- Experience with plants or an affinity with ornamental horticulture is a plus

- Salary indication: € 3,300 – € 3,500 depending on experience
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)
